Atlas was an investment and analysis platform for emerging digital assets, creating a clearer bridge into markets that were difficult for most users to understand and act on.
With a focus on simplicity, the product used machine learning and AI to help users discover, analyze, value, and trade non-fungible assets through a more focused toolset than a basic marketplace view.

Intro
Atlas reached out while I was freelancing and exploring Web3 communities. The team was building an ML-driven platform for digital asset trading and analysis, and I joined full-time to help shape the product experience, brand direction, and early visual system.

Identity
The identity of Atlas is represented by its geometric shapes (square and circle), chosen for their distinctiveness and connection to the mathematical foundations that underpin the ML models and algorithms. These elemental shapes, coupled with the contemporary typeface Inter, evoke a sense of sophistication, boldness, and approachability

Website
The interface was designed around clarity and minimalism while still supporting the needs of professional traders. Neon accents, motion work by FMK7, and a cyberpunk-inspired visual direction gave the platform a sharper personality without getting in the way of the product.
Once the brand identity and visual language were established, I worked closely with the founders and developers to explore new concepts, ideas, and tools.
Project Information
As our product evolved and became richer in features, our team expanded from three to around 25 members since its inception. As new roles emerged in product, market, and design management, the design team diversified, with two of us focusing on product design, one on design systems, and another on management. Once the creative direction and branding was solidified, I transitioned into focusing more on product design and user experience, ensuring that all user flows and states were carefully addressed prior to developer handoff while making sure these new implementations stayed true to the brand and vision.
A sincere thanks to Josh and the Atlas team for trusting me with such an ambitious project. This one became a real turning point for me, both professionally and personally, and I still look back on it with a lot of gratitude.
